2. Services

John Seek Septic Tank Pumping provides septic tank pumping, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and grease trap cleaning services to residential and commercial customers in Montgomery and Frederick Counties, Maryland.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a service agreement is confirmed.
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service, including but not limited to tank size, accessibility, and additional repairs needed.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • We operate Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend service is available by appointment only.
  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Property Access & Responsibility

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your septic system and related areas. This includes:

  • Locating and exposing septic tank lids prior to service, if applicable
  • Clearing the work area of obstacles, vehicles, or debris
  • Informing us of any known hazards on the property

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to septic systems, landscaping, or property not caused by our work.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We stand behind the quality of our work and will address any concerns related to our services promptly.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Maryland.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
